APPOINTMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Age Requirement Policy

Clients must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of their appointment.


A tattoo consent form must be completed before each tattoo session.


Failure to meet these requirements will result in appointment cancellation and refusal of service. Repeated or intentional violations may result in being banned from future appointments.

One-On-One Policy

Due to cross contamination concerns and the need for uninterrupted focus, all tattoo sessions are strictly one-on-one.


Please do not bring guests, additional attendees or pets to your appointment. 


I work privately with each client to ensure focus, comfort, and the highest quality result.


Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate appointment cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.  Repeated or intentional violations may result in being banned from future appointments.

Booking Deposit Policy

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve all tattoo appointments. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your tattoo.


Pricing is discussed after submitting the tattoo request form.


Deposits are accepted online through Square only.


Remaining balances are due on the day of your appointment. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, debit card, and Apple Pay via Square point-of-sale. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients are allowed one (1) reschedule with a minimum of 72 hours notice at no additional charge. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, which is non-refundable or non-transferable.


Rescheduling within 72 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new, non-refundable deposit is required to secure a new appointment.


If an appointment is canceled, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be applied to future bookings. 


Rescheduling more than once or missing an appointment will require a new deposit. 

Repeated violations may result in refusal of future bookings.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. 


All no-shows will result in immediate forfeiture of the deposit, which is non refundable and non-transferable.


Repeated no-shows or violations of this policy may result in refusal of future bookings.
