You must be 18 years old or older with a valid I.D. and it is required to complete the tattoo consent form before appointments. Failure to comply with this policy will result in being banned from future appointments.
Due to cross contamination and interruption I only do one on one sessions with dedicated collectors, please do not bring guests or pets to your appointment or it will be canceled and deposit will be forfeited. Failure to comply will result in you being banned from future appointments.
Non-refundable and non-transferable deposits are required towards the tattoo upon booking to reserve appointments. For pricing please fill out the tattoo request form. Deposits must be sent with Square online booking. On the day of appointments I accept cash, credit card, debit card, and Apple Pay with square point of sales reader.
One reschedule allowed with 72 hours notice, failure to do so will amount to forfeiting the deposit which is non-refundable or non-transferable.
If you cancel your appointment, your initial non-refundable deposit is not transferable for a future appointment. A new deposit will be needed to hold your new appointment. The cancellation policy applies to every missed appointment. Failure to comply will result in being banned from future appointments.
One reschedule allowed outside of the 72-hour window is free and of no charge. Rescheduling within the 72-hour window is subject to the forfeit of your deposit. A new deposit is required to secure your new appointment.
Rescheduling more than one time will incur a new deposit to secure your appointment.
