Tattoo Request form

Hello! I’m currently booking Reno, NV. My minimum is $300 per tattoo, $800-$1000 half day, and $1600-$2000 full day. I will require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. $100 deposit for the minimum, $300 deposit per half day, $500 deposit per full day. The rest will be due the day of appointments. Deposit can be sent with Zelle and Square. Please be deposit ready before completing this form. After reviewing your form you will receive a text or email within a few days to a week from when submitting the form.
